However, equipment pricing could face increased pressure if there is a further decline in market demand.
Published by Turner Logistics, the facility equipment solutions arm of Turner Construction, the report tracks the average cost and lead time for common facilities equipment, including chillers, generators, cooling towers, and air-handling units.
Turner anticipates that lead times will continue to improve. Signs of production consolidation have been noted as manufacturers adjust workforce and production capacity.
