Project work totals $47 million and encompasses 378 affordable housing units in South Carolina and Virginia, and $11 million in commercial mixed-use development.

Worked for Doran for free for two months before being offered position of project coordinator in 2005. Promoted in 2007 to senior project manager. First project delivered 8% under budget and three months ahead of schedule.

Created detailed plan for implementing sustainable and green building designs and construction practices for future projects.

Developed state’s first LEED Gold multifamily project, the 42-unit Seven Farms Village, Daniel Island, S.C.
