Content Rules

This contest is offered only in the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C”) only.This contest shall be construed and governed according to the laws of the U.S. Entry in this contest constitutes acceptance of these official contest rules.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

2. To enter the "$150 The Home Depot Gift Card" contest, fill out and submit an entry form. Only one prize drawing giveaway per entry. Only one entry per person. BD+C and The Home Depot are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misaddressed or otherwise misdirected online entries. Entries limited to people age 18 and older. Proof of age may be required when receiving the Gift Card.

3. One person will receive The Home Depot Gift Card eligible for redemption at participating Home Depot locations. Estimated retail value of the Gift Card is $150. All other costs are the responsibility of the winner.

4. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes. Limit one prize per entrant. Winner will be selected in one drawing from all eligible entries on September 20, 2006 .Judges' decisions are final. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Winner will be notified via mail. Gift Card will be delivered via certified mail.

5. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release BD+C and The Home Depot, their directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and/or judging agencies from any and all liability, claims, actions or proceedings arising out of and/or for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the contest, acceptance or use of this prize.

6.The Home Depot is not affiliated with Reed Business or BD+C, this survey, or drawing.

7.Employees and immediate family members of The Home Depot, its advertising agencies, Building Design+Construction, and Reed Business are not eligible for prizes associated with this contest.

8. To learn the prize winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: BD+C Steel Survey Contest, 2000 Clearwater Drive, Oak Brook, IL 60523 before 12/01/06 . This contest is void where prohibited by law.
