Florida East Coast Realty has announced that a Class A office condominium, 2020 Ponce, in Coral Gables, Fla., will top off at 14 stories. Construction began in June 2007, with Beauchamp Construction as GC. The 130,000-sf Mediterranean-style building will include office space with customizable layouts, lobby and common areas with balconies, security systems, concierge and valet services, and VIP onsite parking. Completion: spring 2009.
