Chicago-based general contractor Bulley & Andrews recently completed a multi-phased renovation of the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile that included a makeover of the hotel's lounge bar area and an updated lobby with self check-in kiosks. The lobby bar, once small with minimal seating, has become the focal point of the lobby area, with an oversized bar, high-top community tables, and soft seating. VOA Associates, Chicago, was the design architect.
