Burwell Architects, Ziegler Cooper Architects announce merger

Ziegler Cooper Architects is pleased to announce that Burwell Architects has merged into the Corporate Interior Studio of Ziegler Cooper Architects. We believe the new relationship will enhance and expand the services we can provide to our clients.

The merger means the addition of three key staff members which include William M. Burwell, AIA, Georgina Guzman and Rachel Hoover. William M. Burwell will have a similar role of Design Leadership and Marketing, the same role that his clients have relied on for many years to provide them with solid, experienced based decisions that have guided their facility planning and design. Georgina Guzman will provide Project Management and Technical Coordination role and will continue providing the same excellent client centered service on projects. Rachel Hoover will continue in her role as Interior Designer selecting beautiful palettes of colors and finishes and furniture selections to compliment the design.

Current Burwell Architects clients include GE, Linn Energy and Litton Loan Servicing LP just to name a few. "Burwell Architects corporate client profile fits beautifully into the Work Place Studio at Ziegler Cooper Architects. Our systems and philosophies are so parallel that our transition will be seamless and transparent with our team working with our clients - just in a new location,” said William M. Burwell AIA, Principal, Burwell Architects.

The Burwell Architects team adds a significant level of experience to our team of design professionals. In addition, we believe this expanded team will benefit existing Burwell Architects clients through comprehensive services in Corporate Interiors as well as expanded services in Commercial Architecture and Tenant Services. It’s a win-win for everyone and we have already hit the ground running. ”
