RNL designs new $192 million office tower in Denver

Construction recently began on one of downtown Denver's largest multistory high-rise office towers, a 22-story mixed-use tower that will offer 500,000 sf of Class AA office space. Designed by RNL of Denver and being built by MA Mortenson Construction of Minneapolis, 1800 Larimer will be the new home of 1,300 employees of Xcel Energy, the state's largest utility company. Developed by Denver's Westfield Development, the project has been precertified LEED-CS Platinum by the USGBC.
