Clarification

In “Add a fifth floor to your next apartment complex” (January, p. 30), it is the Alexan Glebe project that initially had a 12-story component yielding 251 units that we redesigned for four-story wood frame yielding 217 units. Also, the rents for Carlyle [Centre] are projected at $2.35-$2.45, and we have a letter from the local jurisdiction, not IBC, with regard to construction of the four feet in from the exterior wall.
