L ooney Ricks Kiss has been selected as the design architect for the town center at Tapestry Park, a master-planned, mixed-use, traditional neighborhood development in Panama City Beach, Fla. Looney Ricks Kiss is focused on delivering the first of eight buildings at Tapestry Park by the end of 2008, including a mixed-use condo-hotel and a two-story retail building. Acting as the hub of retail and leisure activity at Tapestry Park, the town center will include commercial and retail shops, restaurants, and urban-style residential lofts above the street-level stores.
