I rvine, Calif.-based architect KTGY Group has unveiled its design for the Market Lofts, a $70 million mixed-use urban community that includes the first supermarket built in downtown Los Angeles in more than 50 years. Developed by Lee Homes of Marina del Rey, Calif., in partnership with CIM Group of Los Angeles, the project includes six stories of for-sale lofts above street-level retail and a subterranean garage. The design incorporates bold, vibrant colors to call out the various components of the development.
