Set to break ground in the second quarter of 2008 and open in mid-2009, NYLO Hotels LLC will bring its first loft lifestyle hotel to Colorado, to be located in the Interlocken Technology Park in Broomfield. Loft lifestyle hotels combine the qualities of urban residential loft-style living with the best features of the leading hotel brands, including a state-of-the-art business center, high-tech gym, and a 24-hour, healthy-alternative restaurant and bar. The 176-room hotel will also be 100% smoke-free, and will offer an entire allergy-resistant floor. These rooms will feature a medical-grade air purifier, hypoallergenic bedding, and other features for the comfort of guests who are sensitive to odors or suffer from allergies, asthma, and other respiratory illnesses.
