Green office complex under way in Sin City

Construction has commenced on a six-story, 187,000-sf LEED-registered office building in Las Vegas. The Class-A office complex, called Montecito Point, will be located in Montecito Town Center, a mixed-used development featuring retail, single- and multifamily housing, a full-service hospital, and recreational attractions. The complex will feature ample parking and easy highway access. Lauth is developing the building, which is expected to open next spring.
