Austin retail and restaurant space celebrates grand opening

The first phase of Domain, a $100 million luxury fashion and restaurant development in Austin, Texas, was completed in March. The Beck Group, Dallas, built 400,000 sf of the 700,000-sf project, which is part of a redevelopment initiative aimed to reshape a 238-acre portion of the city. The second phase of the project, scheduled to open in spring 2008, will add 350,000 sf of retail stores, restaurants, apartments, and entertainment venues.
