New condominiums planned for Las Vegas

Building Design and Construction

San Diego-based Graham Downes Architecture has begun design work on ArtHaus, a 132,000-sf residential condominium in Las Vegas. The $14 million building will contain 78 units, each with private outdoor living space. San Diego-based Blokhaus Development is serving as the project developer. Groundbreaking is slated for December 2007, with completion slated for late 2008.
