The newest addition to the luxury real estate market was unveiled June 19 in Philadelphia. Called Symphony House, the structure is a 32-story, 538,000-sf high rise featuring 163 one-to-four-bedroom units. It sits in the middle of Center City Philadelphia, on the corner of Broad and Pine, and is the first condominium community to open on the Avenue of the Arts, one of Philadelphia's thriving cultural centers. An interesting addition to the structure is the inclusion of a live performance venue, the Suzanne Roberts Theatre, which will be the new home of the Philadelphia Theatre Company. Symphony House was developed by Dranoff Properties and designed by Bower Lewis Thrower Architecture, both based in Philadelphia.
