Downtown Orlando to get a new luxury condominium tower

Building Design and Construction

This summer, construction work will begin on the 13-story East on Park, the latest luxury condo in downtown Orlando. Designed by Baker Barrios Architects, Orlando, with Atlanta-based R.J. Griffin as general contractor, the tower will include 42 condos ranging from $400,000 to more than $2 million, and amenities like high-level interior finishes, an integrated parking garage, and spacious balconies overlooking the city skyline and nearby Lake Eola. Local developer 217 North Eola LLC is funding the project, which will open in the fall of 2008.
