Scottsdale residential development gets a community center

Rosemont, Ill.-based McShane Construction has completed construction of the Desert Parks Community Center. The new facility serves the residents of DC Ranch, a nationally acclaimed residential community located in the western foothills of the McDowell Mountains in North Scottsdale, Arizona. Designed by local architect SHJ Studio Inc., the facility is built on four acres and includes public gathering places, a kitchen, and a performing arts area for musical performances, presentations, and other events. Local developer DMB Associates financed the project.
