$4 Billion housing, arena proposal approved in Brooklyn

Building Design and Construction

Forest City Ratner of Cleveland has received approval from the New York State Public Authorities Control Board for its $4 billion Brooklyn proposed Atlantic Yards project. The development will include a basketball arena for the NBA's New Jersey Nets and thousands of units of housing and office space.
