Construction begins at South Carolina timeshare resort

Spinnaker Resorts picked Hardin Construction, Atlanta, to build a multifamily timeshare at the Blue Water Resort and Marina in Hilton Head, S.C. The 60,500-sf timeshare will be four stories high with 30 units and one level of parking. The architect is Nichols Carter Grant Architects, Atlanta. Construction started in March and completion is scheduled for spring 2007.
