Here are the results from our April BDCnetwork.com poll, which asked BD&C readers:
In your opinion, should AEC firms allow employees to take off work to participate in 'Immigrant Rights' marches?
| 46.9% | No. Employees who miss a scheduled work day should be subject to disciplinary action. |
| 24.2% | Yes, provided they take a vacation day or other paid leave. |
| 10.1% | No. Employees who are critical to a project should be required to report to work. |
| 6.8% | Yes, but without pay. |
| 6.3% | Yes, but employees must make up the time. |
| 5.3% | Yes, AEC firms should create flexible schedules to allow workers to participate. |
| 0.4% | Yes, if the worker's union allows it. |
