Foster and Partners of London, in collaboration with Vancouver, B.C., architect Walter Francl, has designed Jameson House, a 37-story curvilinear mixed-use tower with 77,000 sf of commercial space and 131 housing suites in Vancouver's Heritage District. The project will have energy-efficient heating and cooling systems that offer 30–40% energy savings.

Jameson Development Corp. of Vancouver is the project's developer. Other Building Team members: Robert Lemon, Vancouver, design heritage consultant; Stuart Olson, Vancouver, general contractor; Halcrow Yolles, Toronto, structural engineer; and Piers Heath Associates, London, environmental design consultant.

Construction will begin this summer with completion scheduled for 2009.
