Banking Center on the Rise

The Wilmington Savings and Financial Services Bank Center is scheduled to open in December in that Delaware city. The 371,000-sf tower will be home to a U.S. Postal Service retail hub. More than half of the building's space is pre-leased. The glass tower was designed by Gensler, and is being constructed by a joint venture of BPGS Construction of Wilmington and Gilbane Construction, Providence, R.I. The property is being developed by the Wilmington office of Buccini/Pollin Group.
