LEED-CS Building Planned for Southern California

Building Design and Construction

Smith Consulting Architects of San Diego is designing The Towers at Bressi Ranch, a registered LEED-CS (core and shell) project in Carlsbad, Calif. The 280,000-sf Towers business park is located on 20.8 acres within the 132-acre campus of the Bressi Ranch development. The project is expected to break ground this summer. Ryan Companies US of Chicago is the developer. Upon completion, the Bressi Ranch development will comprise 2.1 million sf of development.
