Massive New Jersey Development Will Have Offices, Stadium

Harrison MetroCentre, a mixed-use redevelopment that encompasses nearly 4 million sf, is under way in Harrison, N.J. The $1.8 billion project will feature office, retail, and nearly 4,000 housing units. A stadium for the N.Y./N.J. MetroStars soccer team is planned for a future project phase. Advance Realty Group of Bedminster, N.J., is the developer. HLW International of New York is the architect.
