New Minor League Ballpark Planned for North Little Rock

Dallas-based HKS has designed the Arkansas Travelers Ballpark in North Little Rock, Ark. Construction of the 5,100-seat ballpark will begin in early 2006 as part of a mixed-use development on 22 acres of riverfront property. Construction costs are estimated at $25 million. HKS designed the stadium's exterior to accent a railroad depot in homage to the area's railroad history.
