Wisconsin Casino Planned North of Green Bay





The $15.5 million, 60,000-sf Northern Lights Bingo and Casino Center in Carter, Wis., owned by the Forest County Preserve Potawatomi Nation, is under construction. The tribe's new gaming facility, designed by the Minneapolis office of KKE Architects, will replace an existing gaming facility that will remain operational throughout construction. Estimated completion date: May 2006.
