Chase W. Rynd has been named president of the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C. Rynd, who assumes his post effective September 2, previously served as executive director for the Tacoma (Wash.) Art Museum.

Gensler Chairman M. Arthur Gensler, Jr. has joined BD&C's editorial advisory board. The six-member board assists with editorial planning.
