The Construction Writers of America has named Gordon Wright, executive editor of Building Design & Construction, the recipient of its highest honor, the "Silver Hardhat," for lifetime service. Wright is a 30-year veteran of the publication and a past president of the organization. At the same ceremony last month at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., contributing editor Matthew Phair received the 2003 Robert F.
