has been named CEO of St. Louis-based A/E HOK Group Inc.
The 36-year HOK employee helped to establish the firm's first regional office, in San Francisco, in 1970.
Skanska USA Building Inc., Parsippany, N.J., will acquire employee-owned BFW Construction Co., Temple, Texas. The $19 million purchase price includes $7.5 million for cash assets in the same amount being acquired from BFW.
