Erection of the structural steel frame by subcontractor Davis Erection Co., Omaha, has reached the ninth floor. Meanwhile, general contractor Holder Construction Corp., Atlanta, is pouring the concrete floors slabs. The work, which commenced on June 3, is expected to be completed by January 2003.
The $400 million, 1.58 million-sq.-ft. mixed-use development remains in the design development phase. Developer Forest City Enterprises, Cleveland, is searching for a tenant for the proposed 23-story, 465-room hotel. Groundbreaking is expected to kick off in the summer of 2003.
