Mergers and acquisitions
Severud Associates Consulting Engineers
and Weiskopf & Pickworth Consulting Engineers, both of New York City, have merged under the Severud name.
Syska Hennessy Group, a New York City-based consulting, engineering, technology and construction firm, has acquired Van Buuren Kimper Engineering
and Ericson Lighting Design, both of San Diego. It also has named Daniel McNary and Philip Trinh senior vice presidents.
MEP engineer Vanderweil Engineers, Boston, announced a transfer of equity to seven new shareholders: Darryl Galletti, Jeffrey Gillette, Dennis Goldrick, Rand Refrigeri, Pam Sande, Scott Spangenberg and Joseph Tremblay.
