Detroit-based A/E Albert Kahn Associates Inc. has formed Kahn Manufacturing Solutions Inc., which specializes in manufacturing and industrial engineering.

The San Diego-based architectural firm Austin Veum Robbins Parshalle has opened a Los Angeles office following the acquisition of Los Angeles-based Siegel Diamond Architecture.

Stein White Architects and Nelligan Architects, both of New York City, have formed Stein White Nelligan Architects LLC.

Irvine, Calif.-based Ware & Malcomb Architects Inc. has changed its name to Ware Malcomb.

Harriman Associates, an A/E firm in Auburn, Maine, has opened a Portland, Maine, office.

King has joined Hart-Weidlinger as director of risk analysis for the Santa Monica, Calif.-based structural engineering division of Weidlinger Associates, headquartered in New York City.
