Minor dip in spending expected for K-12 school construction

K-12 school construction spending stopped expanding at the onset of the recession but will slip only marginally lower over the next year. The value of K-12 construction starts has fallen more than 10% in recent months with steeper declines ahead later this year and resumed expansion late next year.
