  • Yankee Stadium gets outfield assist from BIM

    -- Building Design & Construction, 7/1/2009 12:00:00 AM

Turner Construction utilized Autodesk Navisworks Manage software as an element in the building information modeling process used to complete the $1.5 billion Yankee Stadium. Turner used the latest BIM processes and Autodesk Revit-based products and Navisworks Manage software to help streamline workflow and collaboration among subcontractors. Digital data from multiple design software sources were combined in a single virtual Navisworks Manage model of the stadium that enabled the Building Team to identify systems, spatial clashes, and conflicts before construction.
