Developed for the Housing Authority of San Bernardino, the Vista Del Sol Senior Living Facility in Redlands, Calif., provides 71 units of affordable housing for seniors in the surrounding communities. General contractor J.D. Diffenbaugh of Riverside, Calif., was responsible for tearing down the location’s older structure and constructing the new complex, complete with stucco exterior and tile roofs.
